The Career Fair at Tiger Lane is part of Welcome to Memphis's ongoing efforts to create dynamic career opportunities by bringing talent directly to the doors of Memphis hospitality employers. Building on the success of previous career fairs, the event aims to attract top-tier talent in a fresh, engaging setting.

"In our work with focus groups, we've learned that today’s job seekers are drawn to non-traditional hiring venues,” said Welcome to Memphis Executive Director Marcus Cox. “Students especially prefer interactions where employers meet them where they are and create opportunities in their community spaces. We’re making that happen at Tiger Lane."

The event is free for both job seekers and employers, providing an easy and accessible way for the hospitality and tourism industry to connect with potential employees. Football tickets are not required to attend the career fair. Students and employers alike will have the chance to engage in on-the-spot interviews, making Tiger Lane a prime location for hospitality businesses to hire their next superstar employee.

Welcome to Memphis remains committed to building a robust hospitality workforce that serves the nearly 11 million annual visitors to our city. Through training, support, and recognition, Welcome to Memphis supports the talent that makes Memphis a world-class destination.
