Owner of Cedars Restaurant opening new spot in Cooper Young; Little Jamaica opens at Wolfchase Galleria
Mounir El-Mourabi opened Cedars Restaurant at 694 N. Germantown Parkway in Cordova in 2016. Now he's working to ambitiously expand the brand.
The plans include a new offshoot restaurant in Cooper Young and a Cedars bakery in Germantown.
