Honduran immigrant named restaurateur of the year
Marco Puerto immigrated to the U.S. from Honduras in 1996 and opened his first restaurant in Memphis more than a decade ago.
Now, almost 30 years since he came to this country, he said it’s a “privilege and honor to be able to accomplish the American dream.”
