Ideal nominees provide excellent customer service, are eager to share their knowledge of Memphis, and go the extra mile to exhibit hospitality. Anyone in the Memphis and Shelby County hospitality and tourism industry is eligible.Pick Honors are awarded on a quarterly basis. Pick Awards are awarded annually and include nominations from the full previous year. All recognitions are celebrated at the Pick Awards Party every fall!
