Tell us about your role at The Guesthouse at Graceland. How long have you been there? 

I’ve been at The Guesthouse at Graceland for three years. I’m the accounts payable supervisor. 

How long have you been in the hospitality industry?

25 years. 

Tell us about your journey in the hospitality industry. 

It's been an absolutely amazing career. I've worked in different hotels, like the Marriott and Fairfield, but my favorite place I’ve worked is The Guesthouse at Graceland and Elvis Presley Enterprises. It’s my dream job.

What is something you learned in this position that has changed your life for the better?

I’ve learned to be true to yourself and to treat others like you want to be treated. I always greet everybody with a smile no matter what, because you never know what they’re going through. A little smile can help, and it doesn’t matter to me who you are. Whether you’re a customer, a housekeeper, or a hotel manager, I’m going to greet you with a smile and a hug.
