How does it feel to be recognized with this award? 

It's always a good feeling to be recognized. This award lets us know that we do make a difference. 

Can you talk about the experience that you've had training other tour guides? 

 Most times I will take new tour guides by the hand and walk them through the different zones of the city, introducing them to the different people, different places, different stores and streets. After that, our tour guides tend to have a better knowledge of people and of the overall area. 

Recommendations for people visiting Memphis? 

If you're ever on Beale Street, follow your nose and follow your ears. 

What’s one final message you can share about working with the Blue Suede Brigade? 

Everything we do, we do as a team. As we grow, we get stronger, and the stronger we get, the better we are as a team.
